New Yorker presents the PAINT CLUB battle tour 2010 in Amsterdam!
The 25th of September; write it down! On that day the PAINT CLUB will take place in Amsterdam. From 8 p.m. the Gallerie Schijnheilig is the place to be! DJ Koldun will be serving up cool beats the whole night and the entrance is free.
The battle is all about participants who will be armed with coloured paint markers. They have 90 minutes to demonstrate their creative talent in an exciting illustration competition. Participants will be asked to draw a specific subject on a white canvas. Both teams will attempt to outdo their competitors with motifs, humour or irony.
The PAINT CLUB battle tour will travel not only through Amsterdam in the Netherlands, but also through 13 other cities where the youth fashion company New Yorker is represented.
An expert jury made up of urban artists, curators and art directors decided which artist teams will compete against each other in the various cities.
Hope to see you all the 25th of September at Gallerie Schijnheilig in Amsterdam to create some paintings!
